Handmade in Ferla, in the province of Siracusa, by pastry chef Francesco Manuele and his team at La Nuova Dolceria, in an exclusive partnership with Chiara's Food. Made with a sixty year old mother yeast and a slow natural rise.

Pistachio panettone with black cherries in Marsala, finished with a white chocolate and pistachio icing. 1kg.

Ingredients: 00 soft wheat flour, egg yolk, panettone cream, sugar, corn starch, pistachio spread 3%, honey, wheat germ, citrus cream, semi dried black cherry with Marsala, Marsala. Icing: white chocolate paste, white chocolate 20%, pistachio cream, soy lecithin, sugar, milk whey powder.
