Refund Policy
Because we sell food, fresh, and perishable products, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final once your order has been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chiara@chiarasfood.nl with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EU Consumer Rights
The 14-day cooling off right does not apply to perishable goods under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU). As a food business, all our products fall under this exemption.
