Allergenen en voedselinformatie
Wij verkopen levensmiddelen van kleine Italiaanse producenten. Heeft u een voedselallergie, dan willen wij dat de informatie klopt en dat u die heeft vóórdat u bestelt.
Waar vindt u de allergenen?
Op elke productpagina staat een apart allergenenblok. Daarin vermelden wij de allergenen uit Bijlage II van Verordening (EU) 1169/2011 die als ingrediënt in het product aanwezig zijn. Die informatie is beschikbaar voordat u de bestelling afrondt.
Waar komt de informatie vandaan?
De allergeneninformatie is overgenomen van het etiket van de producent op het moment dat het product is geplaatst. Producenten kunnen recepturen en verpakkingen wijzigen. Het etiket op de verpakking die u ontvangt is altijd doorslaggevend.
Kruisbesmetting
Een waarschuwing voor kruisbesmetting plaatsen wij alleen als de producent die op het etiket heeft staan. Wij voegen geen waarschuwingen "voor de zekerheid" toe. Zo weet u dat een waarschuwing die u wél ziet, ook echt iets betekent.
Twijfelt u over een product?
Mail ons op adminbottega@gmail.com vóór uw bestelling. Wij pakken het product in de winkel van de plank, lezen het actuele etiket voor u na en nemen zo nodig contact op met de producent. Wij reageren binnen één werkdag.
Klopt er iets niet?
Ziet u een fout in onze allergeneninformatie? Laat het ons direct weten op adminbottega@gmail.com. Wij passen de productpagina aan en informeren de producent.
Verse producten
Onze verse producten (arancini, cannoli, gastronomia) verkopen wij alleen in de winkel aan de Van Woustraat 201H. Vraag ons daar naar de allergenen: wij hebben van al onze producten een allergenenoverzicht.
Allergens and food information
We sell food from small Italian producers. If you have a food allergy, we want the information to be right, and we want you to have it before you order.
Where do you find the allergens?
Every product page carries a separate allergen box. It lists the allergens from Annex II of Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 that are present in the product as an ingredient. That information is available before you complete your order.
Where does the information come from?
The allergen information is taken from the producer’s label at the time the product was listed. Producers can change recipes and packaging. The label on the pack you receive is always the definitive one.
Cross-contamination
We only show a cross-contamination warning if the producer carries one on the label. We do not add warnings "just in case". That way, a warning you do see actually means something.
Not sure about a product?
Email us at adminbottega@gmail.com before you order. We will take the product off the shelf in the shop, read the current label back to you, and contact the producer if needed. We reply within one working day.
Something wrong?
If you spot an error in our allergen information, tell us straight away at adminbottega@gmail.com. We will correct the product page and inform the producer.
Fresh food
Our fresh food (arancini, cannoli, gastronomia) is sold in the shop only, at Van Woustraat 201H. Ask us about allergens there: we keep a full allergen list for every product.
