Handmade in Ferla, in the province of Siracusa, by pastry chef Francesco Manuele and his team at La Nuova Dolceria, in an exclusive partnership with Chiara's Food. Made with a slow natural rise.

The classic golden pandoro, light and airy with a soft vanilla note, ready to dust with sugar. 1kg.

Ingredients: pandoro base (type 0 soft wheat flour, sugar, fructose, natural mother yeast powder (wheat), emulsifier E471, whole milk powder, flavourings, salt, enzymes, flour treatment agent E300), butter, egg yolk, water, sugar, honey, cocoa butter, yeast.

Allergens: wheat, milk, egg. May contain nuts, sesame, soy, peanuts and lupin.
