Materia is a small Puglian maker turning seasonal fruit into contemporary jams.

A marmalade where the citrus lift of IGP mandarins from the Gulf of Taranto meets the warm, slightly bitter note of cocoa nibs. Lovely at breakfast on bread or yogurt, and with fresh or lightly aged cheese. 200g.

Ingredients: IGP mandarins from the Gulf of Taranto (75%), whole cane sugar, fruit pectin, cocoa beans (2%).

May contain nuts, sulphites, soy and milk.
