Kit Carbonara - La Bottega

Everything for a proper carbonara, in one box: a piece of Tornillo guanciale (about 220g), Pecorino Romano DOP from Cooperativa Allevatori Ovini (300g), and Lo Spaghettone by Pasta Armando (500g). Render the guanciale slowly until crisp, whisk the pecorino with egg yolks, toss with the pasta and a splash of cooking water. No cream, ever. You bring the eggs and the black pepper. Serves 4.
