Kit Amatriciana - La Bottega

The whole amatriciana in one box: a piece of Tornillo guanciale (about 220g), Pecorino Romano DOP from Cooperativa Allevatori Ovini (300g), Il Bucatino by Pasta Armando (500g), and the organic Sicilian tomato sauce by Fratelli Burgio (250ml). Render the guanciale until crisp, add the tomato, toss the bucatini and finish with a snowfall of pecorino. Everything you need is in the box. Serves 4.
