Crema di Carciofi - Sicilian Artichokes Spread - Fratelli Burgio

Artichoke spread in extra virgin olive oil with parsley, mint and oregano: spread it on bread or stir it through warm pasta.

Made in Sicily by Fratelli Burgio: 62% artichokes and 37% extra virgin olive oil, sharpened with a little white wine vinegar. Their deli, founded in Solarino in 1978, now sits inside the Ortigia market in Siracusa, and they work without preservatives.
