The aperitivo, solved: handmade Scaldatelli from Puglia (400g), seasoned Sicilian green olives by Fratelli Burgio, spicy 'Nduja by Caccamo (180g), and sun-dried cherry tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil (90g). Open the jars, pour something cold, and let the table do the rest. Serves 4 to 6.
