L'Orecchietta - Pasta - Pasta Armando - 500g

Orecchiette, the little ears of the South, classic with cime di rapa and just as good with tomato or broccoli.

Pasta Armando makes them from 100% Italian durum wheat, through bronze dies, and dries them slowly at low temperature. That gives a rough surface that holds the sauce and a firm bite.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina. May contain soy and mustard
