Ciokarrua makes traditional Modica chocolate in Sicily. Modica chocolate is worked cold, so the sugar never fully melts: that is where its grainy crunch and intense cocoa flavour come from, a method kept alive on the island for centuries.

100g, 50% cocoa, with cinnamon, a spice woven into Sicilian sweets for centuries.

Ingredients: cocoa mass, cane sugar, cinnamon powder of Indonesia 1%. Minimum cocoa 50%.

May contain pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts.
