Miele BIO - Sicilian Organic Eucalyptus Honey - Oliva - 300g

Eucalyptus honey, strong and intense, with balsamic notes and a liquorice and caramel finish, for blue and aged cheeses.

There is a hint of smoke too, and it is less sweet than Oliva's other honeys. The Oliva family, beekeepers for six generations, move their hives around the countryside of Solarino, near Siracusa, and the honey is organic.

How to use it

• With gorgonzola and other blue cheeses.
• With aged cheeses like old pecorino.
