Organic Sicilian millefiori honey, sweet and fresh, for warm bread, a fruit salad or the spoon.

Apicoltura Oliva 1850 is six generations of beekeepers, moving their hives around the countryside of Solarino, near Siracusa. Wildflower honey follows the Sicilian blooms as the seasons change, so every spoonful tells a slightly different story. It crystallises to a creamy or grainy texture.
