Pasta Armando is made with 100% Italian durum wheat, drawn through bronze dies and dried slowly at low temperature. The bronze gives the pasta a rough, porous surface that holds sauce, and the slow drying keeps a firm, lasting bite.

Tubetti, small tubes, the heroes of minestrone and pasta e fagioli, and great in a cold pasta salad.
