Soft Almond rounded cookies - Facciuneddi

Facciuneddi, soft round almond cookies with honey and lemon, to have with an espresso or a cup of tea.

Whatever shape Aruci gives the dough, the slow bake rounds them all the same. Simple biscuits, made the old way with local ingredients and 30% almond flour; note that the dough contains lard.
