Pate' di Olive Verdi - Sicilian Green Olives Spread - Fratelli Burgio - 80g

Sicilian green olive spread with mint, capers and wild fennel, herby with a gentle bitterness: spread it on crostini for the aperitivo.

The olives come from the countryside around Siracusa. The Burgio brothers' deli was born in Solarino in 1978 and today sits inside the Ortigia market in Siracusa; they work the old way, without preservatives.
