The Burgio brothers are a Sicilian family whose deli was born in 1978 in the countryside of Solarino and today sits inside the Ortigia market in Siracusa, where the stalls look out to the sea. They keep alive the flavours of the island, working the old way and without preservatives.

A Sicilian black olive spread, smooth and intense, 80g. The olives come from the sun drenched countryside around Siracusa. Lovely for the aperitivo, as a sandwich spread, or on a cheese board.

Ingredients: black Sicilian olives, extra virgin olive oil, mint, parsley, capers, wild fennel, black pepper, white wine, vinegar.
