Composta di Peperoncino - Red Hot Chili Peppers Relish - Fratelli Burgio

Chilli relish, sweet and hot at once, for bruschetta, a cheese board or a plain dish that needs lifting.

More than half the jar is chilli pepper, with red peppers, brown sugar and lemon juice. It comes from Fratelli Burgio, whose deli opened in Solarino in 1978 and today sits in the Ortigia market in Siracusa, and it has no preservatives.
