An organic extra virgin olive oil from Pantanello, a blend of three Sicilian cultivars: Moresca, Nocellara dell'Etna and Verdese. The olives are handpicked in September, early in the season, and pressed within hours so the taste stays bright and intense. It carries a DOP tied to the Tellaro valley of the Monti Iblei in south east Sicily. 500ml.
