Crema all’Aceto Balsamico di Modena - Balsamic Vinegar Cream - Giusti - 150ml

Giusti is the oldest balsamic vinegar house in the world, founded in Modena in 1605, and still ages its vinegars the slow way in long series of wooden casks.

150ml. A balsamic cream, denser and a little sweeter, made for drizzling. Perfect on desserts, fresh cheeses, strawberries and grilled vegetables, where you want the line of balsamic to stay put on the plate.

Ingredients: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI 39% (wine vinegar, cooked grape must), cooked grape must, glucose-fructose syrup, modified corn starch. Gluten free.
