Everything for an amatriciana for 4 in one box: Tornillo guanciale, Pecorino Romano DOP, Il Bucatino and Burgio tomato sauce.

The box holds a piece of Tornillo guanciale of about 220 g, 300 g of Pecorino Romano DOP from Cooperativa Allevatori Ovini, 500 g of Il Bucatino by Pasta Armando and 250 ml of organic Sicilian tomato sauce by Fratelli Burgio. You need nothing else.

How to use it

• Render the guanciale until crisp.
• Add the tomato sauce.
• Toss the bucatini through it and finish with a snowfall of pecorino.
