Olive verdi siciliane condite - Green Sicilian Seasoned olives - Fratelli Burgio

Green Sicilian olives seasoned with celery, carrot, mint, garlic and chilli, made for the aperitivo.

Olives make up 51% of the jar, with extra virgin olive oil, celery and carrot. They come from the Burgio brothers, whose deli started in Solarino in 1978 and now looks out to the sea from the Ortigia market in Siracusa, working the old way and without preservatives.

How to use it

• With the aperitivo.
• On an antipasto board with cheese.
